Gary arrived at the scheduled time and serviced the furnace. He cleaned the pre-filters and inspected the main filter, then removed and cleaned the flame rod and igniter. I have noticed that other low ball service companies do not clean these items, which can lead to a malfunction and a service call at a later date. After cleaning the burner and blower compartments he then checked that everything was operating properly. While Gary was cleaning the pre-filters I mentioned that I intended to install a better faucet on the laundry sink but that my health was preventing me from doing it. Gary said that he could not go to his next call for another two hours and would be happy to install it for me as I was a regular customer. I greatly appreciated the offer and was happy to accept it. I really appreciate Gary's pleasant manner and thoroughness in everything he does.

Gary was fantastic. Our house is 105 years old, and has been subject to a lot of work over the years, including some weird custom installations of heating and cooling equipment. Gary explained exactly what he was doing and why, and then delivered. It was a tough job, in tight spaces, and it was done perfectly.

I live in Florida very far away from my 80 year old Grandmother in Parma Heights. When her heater broke last winter I was very concerned about finding someone honest that wouldn't take advantage of the fact that I was not there to oversee the work . My mother and I were incredibly impressed with Gary his honesty and his organization! He explained all my options regarding different heaters honestly and didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive one he had. I didn't have to call constantly for updates either. He was very diligent at calling me throughout the process and answering any questions that me or my Grandmother had. He was even kind enough to clean and check the charge on her AC without me even thinking to ask! His prices were reasonable and his work was well worth every penny. Honest hardworking people can be hard to come by, I Definitely recommend Simply Solutions HVAC and plan on using them in the future!

Called Gary to come and check the heating system. He arrived on time, looked over the system and determined that everything was working properly. He proceeded to clean the filters and vacuum the blower area. As we had issues with our high efficiency water heater, he took a look at that and determined that the contact thermostat was not pressed tightly enough against the tank itself. He adjusted the mounting bracket to fit it more snuggly against the tank wall. The tank drain was also blocked with sediment and he had to use a wire to break it lose. Scary as the tank was full of hot water. He achieved this with very little spillage and no injuries. Very impressive.

Gary replaced my thermocouple and cleaned the furnace and resolved another issue with one of the slots being closed. He did an excellent job and I asked him some other questions at which point we realized I had a fan in the duct work that was not working. I scheduled another visit for him to come and get that working so I could get more heat into my finished part of the basement. He was running a little behind but did call to notify me that he would be late.
